Medical Play is one of my favorite BDSM practices.

- What is a typical medical play session?

There is no such thing as a typical medical play session. Like any other BDSM practice, there are thousands of ways to lead a session because every Dominatrix and every sub is different. I always check with my subs what are their soft and hard limits before we start playing, and we decide on a safeword. I can happily improvise depending on what my patient inspires me, or we can plan some practices ahead.

- Is it extreme BDSM? Or can it be soft and gentle?

It depends on your definition of extreme and soft. Again, everyone is unique and our sensitivity to pain - physical or psychological - is very different. As a result, all I can say is that communication is key and your boundaries will be respected.
